We are a unisex salon, all ages welcome.

Tracy
Tracy founded The Tops 36 years ago. She is still as passionate about hairdressing as the day she started. She still really enjoys working in the salon and still has clients from when she very first qualified, although she obviously loves to meet and welcome new clients to The Tops.
You will find Tracy in the salon Tuesday through to Friday.
Tracy and Sam
Both trained at Mynah’s Salon in Cheam Village, doing in-salon training along with day release to acquire their hairdressing City & Guild qualifications. Tracy opened the doors here at The Tops in 1988.
Sam followed a few years later after spending some time in Australia.
(Sam now only works on Thursday 12-5pm)
Naomi
She qualified in 2000, training with Toni and Guy, working in various branches, moving on to Monroe's in Leatherhead and Saks in Cheam. Naomi then joined us here at The Tops in 2014 and she has proved to be a very popular stylist with our clients and the other members of staff.
(Naomi works all day Wednesdays 9-6pm)
Rebecca
Joined us in 2018 She qualified in 2013, trained with Sean Hanna, moved onto Head Masters, then worked at Seven in Carshalton Beeches before joining us. Rebecca has fitted in really well and is proving to be a very valued member of the team and a big hit with our clients.
(Rebecca Works Tuesdays 10 - 2.30pm)

Sophie
Sophie joined us in 2021. Sophie completed her training & level 2/3 NVQ with Saks in Cheam - 2008.
Sophie has since worked in:
Chymes, Dorking becoming their colour manager
Monroes, Leatherhead
2nd time at Saks in Cheam
Coconut in Cobham.
Sophie is a very talented stylist/colourist a great asset & we're very pleased she is part of our team.
(Sophie works - Thurs 5-9pm - Fri 9-6pm & Sat 8-5pm)

Over the years, all the girls have done a mixture of individual courses on top of their training and general hairdressing qualifications. These have included L’Oréal Colour Keys, Gents’ cutting, Redken educational, Jayne Wallace balayage (free hand painting techniques) Extensions & hair up and wedding hair with HRH education.
Our team is rounded off by the helpful and capable Shampooist/Assistants Sharon, Sarah.
